Refund policy

At Timeless Grace, we want you to love your purchase! We accept full refunds on all items that are unused and in the original condition they arrived in, up to 10 days after receiving your product. If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, please download the returns form below and fill out the relevant information. We also don't allow returns from any sale items unfortunately so please keep this in mind when ordering with us.  Include the printed returns form in your package when returning your items.
